I’ve been at home doing homework for the yoga teacher education. So much to read and to remember. But it’s also interesting. To learn new things is a good thing 🙂
I finished making the flashcards for the first lever in virya yoga and have written all the Sanskrit names down with their meaning. Hopefully it will be easier to remember…
Still think it’s very difficult to pronounce them. Especially the long ones like adho mukha svanasana and Paschimottanasana…
Luckily one of the other students told me about the book “”The language of yoga” by Nicolai Bachman and that helps a lot. Gonna stay at home tomorrow, too. Lots to do….
So…. Not much happened here today. What could be the words of wisdom then? I found these today in a short break….

“As human beings we each have a responsibility to care for humanity. Expressing concern for others brings inner strength and deep satisfaction. As social animals, human beings need friendship, but friendship doesn’t come from wealth and power, but from showing compassion and concern for others.”
Dalai Lama

Have a great weekend everyone!
